NIPCO honours staff with long service awards (Read full details)

Speaking at the event, Managing Director, NIPCO Plc., Venkataraman Venkatapathy, said the company places utmost value in the contribution of the workforce in the rise of the firm since its inception in 2004. According to him, the recognition was to show appreciation to the staff who have been with them for over a decade.

Venkatapathy commended the resilience, perseverance and dedication of the awardees especially in light of the tough operating environment in the sector, adding that the workforce had always shown greater sense of commitment to make the company grow.
 
ADM, NIPCO, Mr. John Okpeku said a similar event held in 2014 and such recognitions would serve as morale booster for other staff to emulate.
