GOVERNOR Willie Obiano has returned from his trip abroad, thus ending rumours making the round that he was hospitalized in the United States of America, USA, for undisclosed ailment.
Some social media outfits speculated that Obiano suffered an injury on his eyes following a domestic incident and had to be rushed abroad.
The governor’s senior special assistant on media, Mr. James Eze said Obiano arrived Awka on Thursday evening to the warm embrace of the staff of the Government House, his family members and other well wishers, adding that he had been rejuvenated to end his first tenure on a strong note and get set for his re-election.
Eze quoted Obiano as saying: “I went to the US for a short vacation and I am back. I do not have injuries anywhere. I am in a great shape and I have no problem at all with my health.”
